Create some form of documentation for our ML pipeline. This pipeline should automate our video scraping, transcribing, clipping processes so they can work in sequence. Previously, we relied on manually run scripts to quickly output videos for Technigala 23F, so those scripts will later need to be adapted to become more automated and work with other parts of our pipeline.
