Sprint 2 Retrospective

All team members present for the retrospective. Overview here. Met in small groups during the week, based on interest in frontend/backend/ML for this term.

What worked well

• Meeting in small subteams, we were able to have more focused/productive conversations about next steps
• Kevin attended all three meetings, made sure that the goals of each sub-team were well-aligned
• Cleaned up and merged code from Technigala - at a good place to start developing new features
• Working out some high-level implementation details for our Figma

What didn't

• Not having issues created (but this was expected, because we were still trying to figure out what each team's next steps were based on the new direction of our product)

• Frontend might be a little behind
• Backend has half of watch history implemented

Additional notes

• Internal share --> stretch
• Make it more goal-oriented
• Evaluation/testing/validation/feedback - are we meeting our/the users' goals?
  • Some ideas: measuring retention/playlist, swipe rate, like/dislike, asking for feedback 5-10 videos later
  • How do people feel after a session? (Do they feel good about spending time on the app in retrospect?)
