There's a lot of general work across the team that needs to be done (eg. create topic hierarchies, create weights between topics (for recommendations), and generate videos/channels to query from). Aka. Lots of small labor that just takes time. Looking to optimize more.
Figuring out how to validate our learning thesis properly - can people learn in short-form content if we feed them 10 videos sequentially? Do people survive the context changes between videos of our recommendation system.
