estimateCompetingRiskSurvival() suppressing event counts when setting minCellCount = 0 #2

Picked up by a data partner.

Setting min cell count in this argument to 0 should return all values however it is obscuring counts <5 which we believe is due to incorrect code here and <5 being hard coded here:

Can we have a work around please whilst the newest version is being submitted to CRAN?

This should be corrected in the newest release.
