Suggestion: show a popup when opening a tab with the same address that's already open in another tab #172

Cancel can close this popup, and OK can close this tab and go directly to the 
other tab.
If user doesn't click on either within 5 seconds, just do as if it was 'cancel'.

This is a really great product, BTW, and the above would just make it even 
better (especially for people like me with 100 tabs on 10 different windows...)

Version 5 will have an option to automatically close duplicate tabs. I'm also 
considering other options, like a popup.
