When loading the embedded browser with Firefox the sequence is partially or completely missing. It shows up fine in other browsers.

Thanks very much for reporting this issue. I assume you're looking at the embedding example at http://www.biodalliance.org/embed.html ? This seems to be working correctly for me in Firefox 38 and 39 -- could you let me know the version you're using and the platform you're running on?

Do any of the example browser instances in the "Genomes" pull-down menu work for you?

I'm using Firefox 39 on OS X Yosemite 10.10.3. This happens with http://www.biodalliance.org/embed.html and other embedded browsers I use according to that template. I also tried it with 33, and on another Mac with a Firefox of unknown version, with the same results. Sometimes when I scroll to the side, a part of the sequence shows up and then when I scroll further it disappears again, so it's not always missing completely. I used the same embedded browsers with Safari and Chrome and the problem doesn't appear there. The browser on the main page of biodalliance works fine as well as the ones from the pull-down menu (except C .elegans where the problem occurs as in the embedded browser for some reason)
