Currently, resolver for generated spark packages is necessary to resolve sbt-spark-pacakge plugin. see: https://github.com/databricks/sbt-spark-package/issues/9

Handled by #12. Thanks for the PR. The plugin is part of the sbt plugins, but for some reason it's not linked to the default sbt repo.
