Structure changes & content edits

• Directory configuration changes: images/dc-tabular-time-series : for non-rfig images images/rfigs/dc-tabular-time-series : for all rfigs
• New knitr - copied from Vector on 9 Feb.
• note that the WD & data file locations are specific to mjones computer and will have to be updated when used elsewhere.
• Tutorial Series includes
• Lesson 00: changed to Time Series 00: throughout
• Updated Tags, Categories, Tutorial Series, etc (added associated yml / md files to Development server repo, but not here).
• Headers updated to Jekyll 3.0 format.
• updated .Rmd Files
