Explain why we use Figshare #19

I think it would make sense to add a brief note (a paragraph) about why we use Figshare in several Data Carpentry lessons.

Thanks @maxim-belkin. This is a good idea, as part of the idea of having the data there is to show how to work with, and the value of, publicly available data.
