API docs for new submodules #548

The new submodules (ingress, analysis, visualization) haven't yet been indexed into the automated API docs:

I was able to go through and correct the API docs pages for all the new directory structure, except for bigbang.visualization, which I'm least sure of.

@Christovis could you take a look at this and add docs pages to for your submodules here?

I think there may be a missing dependency colour for some of those modules, which breaks the autodocs parser and would probably break tests, if there were any for them. Since I'm not so familiar with this code I didn't want to mess around with it much.
