Check configuration for University of Washington #3234

We've received 2 Helpdesk cases related to submissions from University of Washington. The sponsorship isn't registering in our system and authors will be or have been invoiced for payment upon publication.

Example:

Title: Accounting for nonlinear responses to traits improves range shift predictions DOI: 10.5061/dryad.wstqjq2v8 Author: Buckley, Lauren, University of Washington, https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1315-3818 lbuckley@uw.edu

From author: "I'm hoping this submission can be associated with the University of Washington institutional membership. I attempted to sign in via UW but it appears that may not have worked."

Example:

Title: Cougars, wolves, and humans drive a dynamic landscape of fear for elk DOI: 10.5061/dryad.sj3tx96br

The configuration is working properly. These users had not associated their accounts with the Washington tenant. I updated settings for both of them. (We have upcoming usability fixes that should address this issue in the future.)
