Fix for missing SKOS:narrower & 4 missing ProductType concepts #35

Various fixes to ProductTypes:

  1. Added 4 missing concepts required for FDC Orders Pilot

  2. Corrected various missing/misdirecting SKOS:narrower (resolves #30, resolves #27)

Not sure why this wasn't merged already. :confused:
