Import 4 clean datasets (that datapusher identified) #9

Group them by theme, and make sure they have an SQL only interface.

Here's the list, along with how many resources were successfully imported (not necessarily with headers) by datapusher.

coins 7 out of 47 hesa-qualifications-in-uk-level-mode-of-study-domicile-gender-class-of-1st-degree-subject 7 out of 15 allocation-of-science-and-research-funding-2011-12-to-2014-15 3 out of 4 special-advisers 6 out of 7 special-advisers-list 7 out of 8

Some of these are a bit rubbish - for instance (https://data.gov.uk/dataset/mutuals-supported-by-the-mutuals-support-programme-august-2012/resource/9784d9d9-4ada-4c03-89af-79a591915450)

Not going to do these 4 datasets, choosing higher quality datasets more specific to our two initial themes (Health and Transport).
