Hi @ttngu207. Good question. The brief story is that for brain acronym in allen atlas, they have two names that are identical, but one is capitalized, one is small case. They are not distinguishable with the datajoint default collation latin1_swedish_ci. So I have to use sql to directly create the tables with the collation latin1_general_cs on the acronym field. This is something needs to be fixed in DJ at some point.
