This PR included discussion of moving workflow process.py contents to the elements itself. This would include:

- [ ] Remove from workflow here
- [ ] Add to element
- [ ] Modify workflow notebooks to reflect change here
[ ] Calcium imaging
- [ ] Remove from workflow here
- [ ] Add to element
- [ ] Modify workflow notebooks to reflect change here
[ ] DeepLabCut
- [ ] Add to element
- [ ] Add mention in notebooks

Discussed as a team over slack and elected to retain this as a workflow script
