Add branch name to versions #121

This PR includes the branch name as a suffix on build versions, so that we can better identify pushes to the sqelf-ci image as coming from the dev or main branches.

We actually don't need this, we already do tag using the branch: https://github.com/datalust/seq-input-gelf/blob/ci/branch-paths/ci/build-deps.ps1#L16-L27
