match case when translating?

It could be useful if the output of i_("Upload", "es") was Subir instead of subir

The i_ function was originally intended to work on ids for the translation, so you rarely would have to translate "Upload" but rather "upload". This is because "Upload" and "upload would be two different keys in the yaml locale files.

Maybe at some point it would be good to do it if that's what users expect, but I would wait for more feedback.

Well... for example, if there is a parameter whose label is upload i will not need to include it in the locale files cause its already in the dictionary, but, because i want it with the first letter in upper case i will need to inclue it
