Adding Japanese translation #129

Thanks for wonderful package! Would you mind to add Japanese as an language covered by the package?

Thanks @ironwest ! I escaped non-ascii characters, so now your labels are quite illisible but R CMD CHECK and CRAN won't complain! All good for me

@pvictor I didn't recognize the need for escaping the non-ASCII characters. Thank you for the change. I will use the escape from the next time.

Hi @ironwest and thanks. Can you just translate 2 new labels please present in master ?

"Your account is locked" = "Your account is locked",

"New password cannot be the same as old" = "\u30d1\u30b9\u30ef\u30fc\u30c9\u306e\u66f4\u65b0\u306b\u5931\u6557\u3057\u307e\u3057\u305f",

"Download Users file" = "\u30e6\u30fc\u30b6\u30fc\u30c7\u30fc\u30bf\u30d9\u30fc\u30b9\u306e\u30c0\u30a6\u30f3\u30ed\u30fc\u30c9",
