Remove the mkdocs build #126

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. There is a docs folder and a site folder containing the documentation for front and back

Describe the solution you'd like Merge the doc into https://github.com/datatlas-erasme/docs Remove the docs and site folder, leaving a ipdated version of the README.md with infos inherent to teh front only Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

@Pipazoul I renamed this repository to "manger-local" since it's the only usecase for which this will be maintained. Shall we remove some obsolete docs as well and/or redirect to the Datatlas instead ?

@Pipazoul I renamed this repository to "manger-local" since it's the only usecase for which this will be maintained.

Since this can have unintended side-effect, and I remember Canographia still run on this codebase, I rolled-back the renaming.
