Launch Feature Set

Hi team, I'd like to carve an initial feature set from the work we've been doing so far, ideally something we could accomplish this week. Here's what I've got so far, feel free to pile on:

• [ ] Website that outlines the Data Together model
• [x] View basic info about a URL
• [x] View Primers
• [x] User Signup, Login, Logout (email only)
• [x] Add Metadata to a URL
• [x] Archive a URL to IPFS
• [ ] Archive a URL to the Internet Archive
• [x] Create, Edit, Delete a Collection of Urls
• [x] Submit a Collection for Archiving
• [x] Stubbed out display of "Communities", starting with EDGI

I think my questions on #11 pertains here -- I think we might want to revisit the feature set outlined here (mostly looking at the Data Together model website?) and see if we can "land" this, or whether it landed without us paying attention awhile ago 😂
