DNS Queries #165

Hi, i saw that the palette requests many times the dns (about 100 times per Minute) for the amazon domains. Is there a way to minimize the DNS Queries?

I could make hosts entries on my device for the alexa domains, but than i have to manage it on myself. I'm pretty sure, this could be optimized.

i'm not sure, if this is really the problem of this plugin. I have to check again.
