Agregué caso de test resultante del issue #59
Cambié el tipo default de pandas para las columnas a str. Con esto dejó de guardar un csv distinto al de input.
Fixeo la version de pandas en requirements.txt ya que dejó de existir el modulo pandas.util.decorators. Pude verificar que en la versión 0.24.0 ya no existe. No probé con versiones intermedias
