Hi, I'm not sure why the panel considered low battery as a problem, it does this for the battery in the panel itself but shouldn't for a sensor. I suggest that you look at the panel settings as there may be an installer setting that does this. The fact that you could no longer arm the panel implies that it's nothing to do with the HA integration but with a setting in the panel itself. The only way I can help further is if you're able to provide me with a debug log file so I can look at the panel messages.
There is no way to reset the panel externally. You can restart (reload) the integration in HA from within the integrations page and see if that clears the trouble indication.
Hey @davesmeghead, recently when I was away from home, apparently it indicated an alarm but it was a low battery in a sensor, I don't know why it indicated an alarm. The problem is that after verifying that it was not a real alarm and not knowing what was happening since it indicated an alarm and not a low battery, I could not arm the system again, because it is necessary to reset the panel by entering and exiting the engineer menu. Is there a way to do it from HA. It also didn't work for me to bypass that sensor and arm again since the panel was blocked to arm since it considers there is a problem. My alarm system is a powermax pro.
Thanks in advanced Jon
