Changing avatar bleeds the click to the parent `Settings` panel. #250

As a consequence you can e.g. inadvertently switch the Fullscreen mode.

Select Change Avatar:

Choose Hunting Grounds:

Chances are the click bled to the parent panel, switching Fullscreen:
