request an option to use feet coord instead of eye coord #42

as i think some of the players like me is used to the feet coordinate, and might have some confusion between F3 coord and the mini map coord it might be a minor issue but i think having such option will make people like me feel a bit more comfortable it will be great if you can implement this feature thanks.

in minecraft 1.8 this is automaticly done, becouse minecraft/forge changed every thing to feet coords. and thus i dont think it's off much use to fix this in 1.7.10.
