4 years ago We could not figure out how to send emails as AWS Cognito costs money, we weren’t sure how to use AWS Cognito CLI, and Angular’s Cognito’s setup was too complicated for us to throw together when we reached this step.
Frank has just gotten out of a tremendously useful appointment with a CICS advisor he scheduled through the supporter scheduling platform. He is walking in his front door after returning from the appointment and his phone buzzes telling him he has received a new email to his student account. He sees that it is from the supporter scheduling platform asking him to review his recent appointment. He selects the link in the body of the email, and it takes him to the supporter rating page. He gives them 4 stars because without deviation from the norm, progress is not possible.
