In answer to your query, it is indeed the site itself that, alas, seems not to function for me, as it displays on the screen "ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT". Despite several attempts on my part, it remains unyielding, rendering me unable to access the cherished code therein contained.

Might I hazard a conjecture that perhaps this difficulty arises due to my humble location here in Brazil? It may very well be that certain regions or particular addresses of the internet (known as IPs, I believe) may encounter obstacles unbeknownst to others. Such are the mysteries of these modern inventions!
