What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Admin Login: joat.co/admin/login.php
2. Entered Username & Password
3. No error (tested with username/wrong password)
4. Expect to see the control panel?
5. phurl version 2.4.2
6. Only action is to remain at login. See attached
