code generation is not case sensitive at mysql

What steps will reproduce the problem?
for example, http://example.com/a generate, but http://example.com/A won't 
generate, and http://example.com/a http://example.com/A will redirect to the 
same URL.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I change some table need add binary property at mysql.
