Added a bit of style to Scenario List Page #14
Also added view-model level design time data for both a populated and empty scenario list.
Use the Xaml Previewer and swap out the two design time VMs. :-)
I had originally add a lottie animation for the empty scenario list, but lottie animations don't show up in the xaml previewer. So, I switched it out to a sad face. But commented it out in case someone else wants to see what that would look like.
