Update bling-lp pcb #57

Changelog

Added M3 holes for case standoffs
Changed holes for switch alignment pins (1.9mm -> 1.8mm)
Removed copper pads from puck footprint
Rotated switch that had interference with the puck pads
Updated the silkscreen for the switches
