Don't work with Bespin theme #67

With the qt4 Bespin theme, gtk applications don't launch if gtk-qt-engine
is used.

I tried the svn version (I'm using Archlinux), and then applications start.
But it isn't very nice : tabs and buttons are ugly.

There is already a bug for the last issue reported some time ago, with more 
details.
OTOH, I've lost the screenshots, if you have any, please post.

OK.

Notice this details too :
Sliders at the right of the windows disappear when I scroll the page.
In Openoffice, buttons appears and disappears when I move the mouse, and some
elements are transparent.
In Firefox, there is a grey scare around buttons (capture2) and the tab has 
some bug.

I also have this problem in Firefox with Bespin and Oxygen themes both. When
scrolling widgets became white, and get normal when you mouse over them. 
Widgets have
strange grey background.
