Feature Request

The addition of a Google Gemini backend instead of OpenAI would be fantastic. This would allow for a single API key to a Google cloud project for all the features. Also makes billing for text to speech, speech to text, and AI interaction come from one place.

Hey @thezachdrake will take a look and see what all is involved to make that happen. The Chat-GPeasy code actually doesn't live in this repo though so in the one example that uses an LLM, it really could be swapped out using anything.
