enable / require https at gandi.net #50

We need to switch to https from http. This requires changes both on github and at gandi. Assigning this to Andy Casey.

I was able to log in to gandi and update the nameservers to their newer nameservers.

But to enforce HTTPS you need to change the settings in the GitHub repository, which only the repository owner (@davidwhogg) can access. If enforcing HTTPS breaks something, then I might be able to help.
