Ummounting Error #635

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.

Downloading 2Z694-6013-013.dmg...
Download complete!
Extracting boot.efi ...
Extracting recovery seed ...
  extracting atv_recv.zip
Creating USB Flash Disk...
  umount_disk settling delay (10 seconds)
  partition the target disk
Unable to partition device: Started partitioning on disk4
Unmounting disk
Error: -69888: Couldn't unmount disk
  partition_disk failed
Failed! (0:00:20)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? OSX 10.75

Please provide any additional information below.

i have the same issue. i been working all day trying to figure this 
out...anyone knows?

Doing it through Macbook Pro: Same problem.
Doing through windows 7: When booting ATV, I end up on "penbuntu login".
Any help?
