Add initials filter to the teacher view of checklist #129

Would be nice to be able to filter students by their name. E.g. using standard initals filter that used across many Moodle activities.

Nothing in particular - sounds a good suggestion.

Make sure the code follows Moodle coding guidelines and has some Behat tests to make sure it works as expected and I'll be happy to give it a review and integrate it.
