the premise is that this tool is great and it works smoothly on my system.
I have just one remark: in the preview of the next slide (or in the overview of all the slides), if a slide is composed of two or more "overlays" then sometimes it would be more useful to show the last overlay instead of the first, since the last one (not always but often) contains more information.
An example can be seen already in the overview of the pdfpc demo: it is possible to see that the slide with title "Overlays" is almost empty in the preview. If one put there the last overlay then the entire text would be visible, which is probably more informative in general (both in the preview of the next slide and in the overview of the whole presentation).
I hope my point is clear, otherwise I may try to explain it better.
This is something that I remember thinking about, and finally decided for the first slide because it matched better my style for slides. It could be made into an option, though.
