Nav Bar Feature #25

Added a nav bar for employee and admin views and added routes to each in the employee and admin views modules. included logout button functionality and links for each nav item.

Also updated login.jsx with correct property name for "isAdmin"

Tested with both employee and admin user login

looks good! i think once we have some actual routes the nav bar will show up ok
