Added link for all the popular CDNs and their provider on a single page. Maybe it helps users to find everything at one place with direct CDN links also the link of providers of those CDNs.

Oh okay. I aggregated all the CDN links from mentioned sources on the website. Not deleting the branch, in case you reconsider it in future, or want me to add some more value to it helpful for viewers, to be shown on dayjs site. Thank You!
