Update advanced-format.md #41

Updated with info on sub-dependencies of advancedFormat when using timezone formats (z and zzz).

(To help folks that end up in situations like this: https://github.com/iamkun/dayjs/issues/1391)

Can we add a tip like:

Note, some of the format options like 'z' zzzz in the table below, require additional plugins...

So that it will make it more clear to all the plugins
