The Eyelashes on a G8.1 character do not have the morphs/shape keys or drivers to move along with the eye movements. So eyes and lids will move but he eyelashes do not conform to them.
Someone already posted about the eye movement drivers being incorrect also (moving the eyes drive the wrong shape keys).
