The "Generate New" button will generate a new PDF containing any changes saved before clicking the button. While the PDF is generated, the available buttons change to "Cancel" and "Generation In Progress". Tap "Cancel" if it takes longer than 90 seconds to generate the PDF.

If you would like the generated PDF to include unapproved projects, tick the "Include Unapproved" checkbox. This takes a little longer as more projects are rendered in PDF format.

Rework the Print Preview buttons on the Reports > Latest Report page and the associated documentation for the "Documents" tab in the user guide, as follows.
