This is a merge of master into submittable. It should not make any changes we don't want.
Ignore changes to DB-anon-cred.tex, they happened in master but makes no difference to submittable since it's not included.
The security-analysis branch is merged here (PR #145).
This merges Seb's changes to the performance analysis (4cf4cc266c5de16898a894a678922aa233a9b349), I commented out the distance-bounding part. So he must edit that, preferably directly in the submittable branch.
This also merges Simon's subsection on trust assumptions in the discussion (113e6dc3, see discussion.tex).
There are also some changes by Seb in discussion.tex, but that's stuff commented out because they are covered literally in the performance analysis.
