Well, not really sure the point of it, I assume you mean a Qt backend.... Dynamic Windows pretty much supports the same platforms as Qt does. Using Qt would eliminate two of the main Dynamic Windows "features" or design goals. Qt is a very heavy platform, Dynamic Windows is designed to be extremely lightweight. Qt is also not a native interface, it draws its own widgets I believe on most platforms.
So a Qt backend would be a heavy, non-native interface that as far as I know would not add any new platforms or features.
I am not opposed to a Qt backend, I just don't currently see the need or the benefit of it.
