bump jsonschema range #45

I don't know if this is going to fail or not, but I just wanted to try and move the conversation forward for https://github.com/dbt-labs/hologram/issues/43. it would be good to know from the maintainers, if there was a specific reason behind the strict range and if we can fix that

oh well, there is no CI :) I'll test it locally

🙏 thanks @itajaja ! I'll put this to the test in dbt-core as well. I hope to remove this package as a dependency of dbt-core, but that day will have to wait for now.

Hey @kwigley, do we need any release to make this merge official? Last hologram dependency upgrade in dbt-core was to 0.0.14, I'm not sure the merge here has updated the dependency!
