VSS exe path #31

May I suggest a property such as VSS.ExePath in VisualSourceSafe
package's Properties.xml file to specify the location of ss.exe and to
use the property in SourceControl.MainBuildBlock and
SourceControl.BuildUpdateBlock? Practically everything I install is in
a non-standard location, mainly because C: drive is OS only, so issues
like this are quickly visible to me.
