However, the user stories shown above are selective. We actually have specified specific user groups for our other user stories, as shown below. It is only for very general operations such as deleting contacts that are applicable to multiple user groups that we decide to use slightly general terms such as "user".

It might be better to suggest what type of users for the "as a xxx" part, as just stating user might be too general!
