considerations:

• the bin file needs to be javascript (so it cant call ts directly)
• maybe calling execa inside a yargs' command isnt the way to go
  • instead, call the code we want directly

Yes, we can call execa inside yargs, there's no problem with this. Just need to pay attention to the preferLocals option parameter
