Add a reset button to Text filter #394

Add a reset button to TextSearchFacet to make consistent with ListFacet et al. 
Also, saves selecting the text and hitting delete. Trim trailing whitespace 
here & there (is this annoying? I have a plugin that does it automatically)

Thanks for the patch.  The new UI has a reset button for the text filter.

Concerning the white space changes, my preference is for patches to be the 
minimum size necessary to achieve what's needed.  I know that means turning off 
automatic cleanups, style fixers, etc, but it makes the patches much easier to 
review.
