Update with #ddev-generated #3

DDEV now requires #ddev-generated in a target file to overwrite it. Minor other changes

Sorry I didn't wait for your approval @tyler36 - I think I got confused with all the different PRs I had going.

No problems. I was only marked as "contribitor" a couple of hours ago so I didn't get the initial alert. It's good to have it in there though.
